Jack Purcell Park is located on the corner of Frank St and Elgin Street, just down the street from Elgin Street Diner. Jack Purcell Park has a two gate entrance. The first gate allows you to prepare your dog to enter the fenced in dog park where there is also a water fountain for your use and a spout closer to the ground for your dog. The second gate allows you into the park where there is lots of room for your dog to play as well as some shaded benches and tables to relax at. The park is open from 6am to 10pm and closed from 10pm to 6am.
