Zibi Construction Ground Breaking Ceremony - Darren Brown / The Ottawa Citizen
Today was the groundbreaking ceremony to start the $1.5 Billion, 15 year, 37 acre, mixed use development called Zibi. Windmill Developments has launched two phases - "O" and "Kanaal" which expect to see completion by late 2017. About 50% of the units remain for "O" which is the Gatineau side project.
