St Charles Market - Sales and Construction Update

St Charles Market, located at the corner of Barrette street and Beechwood, is well underway with most of the below ground poured and crews getting ready to move above ground. The building is 70% sold out with remaining units priced from the low 500’s. Modbox is looking for a completion date of late 2019.

Construction has officially started at St Charles Market located at 135 Barrette Street at Beechwood ave. The future site will see 56 condominiums units and two ground floor retail spaces when it is completed in late 2019. Prices range from the low $500,000s with prices ranging from $487-814/sqft.

Domicile's Kavanaugh - Sales Update

Domicile's Kavanaugh, located on Beechwood has only 18 units remaining of the original 124 units. The building is now occupied and available units are a decent mix of size and floor height. The Kavanaugh - Building Update

The Kavanaugh, is a 130 unit, 10 storey building that is another project from Domicile. Located at 222 Beechwood Ave, in the heart of New Edinburgh. Currently pouring the 6th floor, Domicile is expecting to finish The Kavanaugh in the summer of 2015.

With approximately only 30 units remaining, you still have some selection available, depending on the floor and size. One bedrooms range from 665sqft for $288,100 on the 4th floor, to 720sqft for 320,100 on the 8th floor. One bedroom plus dens range from 613sqft for $280,700 on the 3rd floor, to 861sqft for $426,300 on the penthouse floor. Two bedrooms range from 919sqft for $407,800 on the second floor, to 1101sqft for $556,500 on the Penthouse. The last two bedroom plus den is 1074sqft for $530,100 on the ninth floor.
