Arthaus which is located at 20 Daly, has only ten units remain available for purchase. Occupancy (which had started the middle of May) has now finished on all floors, so quick closing for any unit could be possible. Built by DevMcGill, the 23 floor, 89 unit building, is a stunning addition to the Ottawa skyline.

ArtHaus Sales Promotion - 20 Months Paid Condo Fees

To celebrate 20 years of business, DevMcGill has announced a sales promotion of free condo fee's for 20 months if you purchase a unit at ArtHaus before March 20th, 2018.

ArtHaus - Sales and Construction Update Jan 2018

Construction is well underway at Arhaus Condos, located at 20 Daly Ave. There are approximately only ten units left. Mostly two beds, with one 1 bedroom (a Milne floor plan, corner unit 569sqft) and there is also One large 1 bedroom plus den (a fitzgerald floorplan, corner unit 978sqft). Prices for these units are starting from around $350,000.

At this time there is occupancy for the units (lowest floor first) expected for March 18th, 2018.

Arthaus Promo and Sales Update

DevMcGill has announced a new promo to help sell the remaining units at its newest project Arthaus. They have dropped the down payment amount to 5% (from the standard 20%) and are throwing in a $5,000 Artemano gift card for studio and 1beds or $10,000 for 1+den and 2bedrooms. This is for a limited time and no date for when it will remain till. 

As of today, there are only 25 units that remain available to purchase. There are a couple studio units left, and the majority of the selection is in 1 bedroom plus den suites and 2 bedroom suites. All of the one bedroom suites are now sold. They are still on track for a 2017 occupancy and construction is well underway.

Arthaus Condos - Hits 17th Floor - Construction Update

The private condo section is now underway at Arthaus Condos and is expected to be finished pouring the structure this month. Currently pouring on the 17th out of the total 23 floors, DevMcGill is planning on starting occupancy of the 89 condominium suites by this fall.

Arthaus Condos, will be located above the Ottawa Art Gallery and Le Germain Hotel at the corner of Daly and Waller in the Byward Market (just steps from The Rideau Shopping Center - Nordstrom!). Montreal developer DevMcGill has over 20 years of building residential condominiums and expects completion in 2017. Sales dates have not yet been announced, but we expect it to be sometime soon (once things warm up a little). With such a unique building, location, and only 89 units - we expect the units to move quickly.

Also the sales centre for the project is currently under construction, located at 264 Rideau St (across from the Metro and LCBO).

Arthaus Construction update

ARTHAUS - Construction Groundbreaking

Ottawa's Mayor Jim Watson was on hand for the official groundbreaking ceremony of the Ottawa Art Gallery and Art's Court project. Montreal based DevMcGill has announced the name as ARTHAUS which will feature 89 residential condominium units located above a Le Germain Hotel on the lower floors.

No sales launch date for the residential component has yet been set - rumours say early 2016 to mid 2016.

ARTHAUS Residences - (Arts Court)

Earlier today we learned the official name of the Art's Court condo complex. Built by Montreal Developer DevMcGill, ARTHAUS will be a complete mixed use building with Le Germain Hotel occupying the lower half, and residences starting on the 15th floor (as seen with the balconies). The modern building will also feature an Art Gallery and teaching rooms for the University of Ottawa. 

There will be approximately 98 suites in the residence which will range from 450sqft to 1100sqft. Union31 was brought in to design the interiors of the building/suites.The building has already started construction and will be expected to be completed in late 2017. Units are expected to go on sale later this year or first thing 2016.
