Wellington

The neighbourhood if Wellington is nestled between Hintonburg and Westboro. The neighbourhoods includes Island Park Dr to Scott St, Scott St to Holland Ave, along the Queensway heading west back to Island Park Dr. Wellington shares amazing restaurants, bistros, cafes, and more with its neighbouring districts of Hintonburg and Westboro, making everything you could want and need is within walking distance.

Within walking distance is the Tuney’s Pasture LRT Station where you can take the LRT through to Bayview Station and connect with the O-Train or continue through the downtown core and out to the east end. There are also local OC-Transpo buses that will bring you to Tunney’s pasture as well. 

Hampton Park has a fenced in dog park where you dog can safely run and play. You can access the dog park from Sebring Ave that leads into Parkview Rd. This park is accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

If you are looking for a cool place to bring your children during the summer months, there is a wading pool at Hampton Park. The open and close dates are staggered due to maintenance or weather but you can click here to find out more information on the wading pool.
