Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation

-Forced air system heats and cools on demand by way of individual heat pump located in mechanical room of your suite, controlled by your own thermostat.
-Central gas hydronic boilers provide heat to each heat pump for heating operation; the heating costs are shared by the condo owners as part of their common expense.
-Suites receive air conditioning from a compressor in the heat pump that runs on electricity connected to each suite’s hydro meter.
-Maintenance and replacement costs for the heat pumps are covered by the common expense fees for each suite and by the reserve fund.
-Each suite has its own independent HRV ventilation system exhausting air from the suite and providing fresh air in exchange.
-Domestic hot water is supplied to your suite from high-efficiency, central gas-fired hot water boiler; hot and cold water are included in your common expense fees.
-Independent kitchen range hood fan and dryer exhausts discharge directly outdoors through separate horizontal ducts concealed in dropped ceiling bulkheads.
