1285 Cahill and 3360 Southgate is a combination of two condominium buildings that are called the Strathmore Towers. 1285 Cahill is Tower A and 3360 Southgate is Tower B. 3360 Southgate backs onto Bank St and 1285 Cahill faces Cahill Drive. Both towers were constructed in 1975 and contain 160 one, two, and three bedroom units.

The majority of the units feature a foyer, high ceilings, a spacious living room and dining area, and expansive windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The kitchens feature lots of cabinet space, laminate or granite countertops (if it was updated), and enough room for a breakfast nook. There are two entrances to the kitchen, one off the foyer and the other leading to the dining room. The spacious primary bedroom has ample closet space and some units come with an ensuite bath. The secondary or third bedroom is perfect for a home office, guest suite, or nursery.
