Located next to the Britannia Conservation, 2625 Regina is part of the Northwest One that was built by Urbandale. The other Northwest One building is 265 Poulin, which it is its own condominium building but shares the same property management. 2625 Regina stands at 20 storeys and contains 198 two and three-bedroom units. Built in 1974, this condominium has been around during the community’s growth over the years.

The spacious units feature high ceilings, parquet flooring, living and dining room spaces, and large windows that flood the unit with natural light. The galley kitchen has two entrances, one across from the front door and the other leading into the dining room.
